Hiwalay bang programa ang PhilHealth GAMOT sa YAKAP?

Hindi. Ang GAMOT ay isang benefit na kasama sa loob ng PhilHealth YAKAP program, hindi ito separate enrollment. Kapag YAKAP member ka sa isang accredited clinic tulad ng CIF Central, kasama na dito ang access sa gamot benefit, kasabay ng libreng konsultasyon at laboratory tests.

Paano Mag-enroll sa YAKAP ng PhilHealth sa CIF Central?

Siguraduhing active PhilHealth member ka — may PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN).
Piliin ang CIF Central bilang iyong Yakap-accredited clinic. Dito ka magpapa-register bilang primary care provider mo.
Magpa-schedule ng first checkup (First Patient Encounter). Dito magsisimula ang access mo sa consultation, lab tests, at gamot benefits.
Sundan ang rekomendasyon ng doktor para sa lab tests kung kinakailangan.
I-avail ang gamot benefit kung may prescribed medicines.
Bumalik para sa regular follow-up upang ma-monitor ang kondisyon at ma-adjust ang gamot kung kinakailangan.
